Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. Unauthorized use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Personal Property
Zafari Travel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage or personal property. Clients are advised to take up adequate insurance cover.
Delays and Cancellations
Zafari Travel shall not be responsible for the consequences of any delays whether arising from weather and ocean conditions, accidents, breakdowns or any other cause. Zafari Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour or activity at anytime. We take no responsibility for activities cancelled due to weather and ocean conditions, natural occurrences and conditions deeming an activity unsafe at the time, or for any other reasons. In the event of an activity being cancelled, Zafari Travel will try their best to arrange another activity in the place of the cancelled activity. If we are unable to arrange such, the client will be refunded for the value of the cancelled activity only but not for value of the entire tour.
Damages and Injuries
Zafari Travel is not responsible for any damages sustained by any client as a result of any act or omission whatsoever of any accommodation, transport company or other tour operator, notwithstanding the fact the Zafari Travel acted as agent of such accommodation, transportation or other person.
Partaking in any sports, activities, tours, or wildlife interaction, whether on land, airborne or at sea are at your own risk. It is the client’s responsibility to have a medical and fitness check before partaking in any tours or activities. It is also the client’s responsibility to inform Zafari Travel and their associates of any medical or health conditions. By booking with Zafari Travel, you agree that neither Zafari Travel nor their associates are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in our tours or any of the activities that we offer or recommend. This includes damages, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injuries and / or emotional stress and discomfort. Clients are advised to take up adequate insurance cover.
When booking with Zafari Travel, the client accepts to sign any and all indemnity forms and liability releases required by Zafari Travel before partaking in any activities.
Claims & Disputes
The law of the Republic of South Africa shall govern the relationship between Zafari Travel and the passenger and the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any claims and/or disputes which may arise between Zafari Travel and the passenger or Agent.
Terms & Conditions
We strongly recommend tours are booked 3 months in advance when travel intentions are between October and February. If a tour is booked later than 3 months in advance during this period, some accommodation or activities may not be available.
One suitcase and one overnight bag per person is allowed. If a passenger would like to bring more luggage, Zafari Travel must be informed when the tour is booked by the passenger.
